摘要
镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷膜具有较好的耐蚀性和机械性能。综述了镁合金微弧氧化膜耐蚀性、硬度、摩擦磨损和拉伸性能等的最新研究进展,归纳了电解液成分和工艺参数对陶瓷膜耐蚀性和机械性能的影响。概括了镁合金微弧氧化处理技术的不足之处。
Microarc oxidation ceramic coatings on magnesium alloy are of high corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. Recent advance on the research of the ceramic coating properties, such as corrosion resistance, hardness, friction, wear and tensile properties were reviewed in this article. The effects of electrolyte compositions and process parameters on the anticorrosion and mechanical properties of the coatings were summarized. The disadvantages of microarc oxidation technique for magnesium alloy were pointed out.
