摘要
考察了ABS接枝聚合中的分子质量调节剂和引发剂用量对ABS接枝粉料的接枝率及游离苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)分子质量的影响,并就接枝率、游离SAN、基础SAN树脂及相应加工助剂对ABS的加工性能及其它相关性能的影响进行了系统的实验研究,制备了具有优良加工性能的ABS树脂,熔融指数达到53g/10min,同时IZOD冲击强度达到180J/m以上。
In this thesis, the effects of amount of molecular weight regulator and initiator on the Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene(ABS) grafting polymerization were investigated. A systematic experimental study was carried out about the effect on grafting degree, free-SAN, basic SAN and some processing additives to property of ABS resin, the ABS with excellent processability was prepared, and its meltting index was up to 53 g/min,and its IZOD impact strength was over 180 J/m.
