环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的合成研究 被引量:3

摘要 合成了环氧树脂E-44改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。通过改变n(—NCO)/n(OH)的比值(R)和E-44的添加量,得到不同的乳液。对它们的各种性能加以对比得出最佳的R值为3,E-44的适宜添加量为7.5%(质量分数),此时所合成的乳液的外观和稳定性较好,且耐水性和耐热性都得到较大改善。 The water-borne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion modified by epoxy resin was prepared using toluenediisocyanate ( TDI ), polyether (N220), dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), epoxy resin and so on. It made different emulsion via changing the ratio of--NCO/OH(R) and the content of epoxy resin E-44. The performance of emulsion was optimum when the content of E-44 was 7. 5% and the ratio was 3. The experiments results showed that the water resistance solvent resistance and thermostability of WPU film has been improved and the appearance and the stability of WPU emulsion was the best.
