硫化剂PDM对NBR/CM共混物性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺(PDM)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)/氯化聚乙烯(CM)共混物性能的影响。结果表明,随着PDM用量增加,NBR/CM共混物的正硫化时间(t90)缩短,硫化速度[1/(t90-t10)]增大,硫化程度(MH-ML)增加;共混物的松弛时间变短,胶料交联密度增大;当硫化剂PDM用量为1.2~2.0份时,共混物具有较好的物理性能。另外红外谱图的变化也充分说明助交联剂PDM打开分子链上的双键参与了CM与NBR的交联反应。 The effect of assistant vulcanizing agent PDM on the properties of CM/NBR blends which is vulcanized by the peroxide is investigated. The results show that vulcanization time (t90) of the blends shortens, vulcanization speed [1 / (t90--t10 )] and the degree of vulcanization (MH-ML) increase, and the relaxation time of blends become much shorter and crosstink density becomes more and more large with increasing the amount of PDM. When the amount of PDM is 1.2-2.0 phr, the blends have been rich in the mechanical properties. In addition,the change of infrared absorption spectra can fully explain the cross-linker PDM help to open up the double bond of the molecular chain, which involved in the CM with the cross-linking reaction of NBR.
