摘要 综述了国内外碳五分离的技术进展,着重叙述了萃取精馏法分离异戊二烯、热二聚法分离环戊二烯等工艺,并简要介绍了近年来开发的新型工艺,提出优化现有工艺、开发新型萃取剂、引入催化加氢除炔等是今后碳五分离技术发展的新方向。 Research progresses in separation technology for steam cracking C5 fraction, at home and abroad,were reviewed. Separation of isoprene by extractive distillation and separation ofcyclopentadiene by thermal dimerization were mainly described. Some newly developed technologies were briefly introduced. New development trends for separation of steam cracking C5 fraction were stated,namely optimizing existing technologies, developing new extractant, using catalytic hydrogenation to remove alkyne, etc.
