摘要
人才是企业发展的源泉。人才的培养首先要有良好的成长环境,要坚持从量变到质变、动态发展的原则。在培养人才的过程中,激励和压力是行之有效的途径。对汉江集团的人才培养,应遵循本土化、层次性的培养方式,从政治上关心人才,建立内部人才市场,提高人才的增值效果。
Personnel are the source for enterprise development. The cultivation of personnel is first in need of a suitable development environment, which must abide by the principle of developing from quantitative change to qualitative change and dynamic development. In the process of cultivating personnel, encouragement and giving stress are the effective ways. This paper has, taken the personnel cultivation of Hanjiang Group as the starting point, proposed to abide by localized and levelized cultivating mode, take good care of personnel from politics and life to establish internal personnel market and increase personnel's value--adding effect.
