摘要
语言素质是教师职业素质的重要组成部分,它在很大程度上决定着教师教育教学的效率。要重视对师范生语言素质的培养,而语言素质又是在语言实践中锻炼和提高的。师范生语言素质培养的实践环节主要表现在:课堂实践环节、课外活动环节、专业见习环节、专业试讲环节和顶岗实习环节。
Language quality is the important component of teachers" vocational quality' which decides the efficiency of teachers" education and teaching to a great extent. Therefore we should pay more attention to normal school students" language quality, which must be improved in language practice. The practice links are the following: classroom practice, extracurricular exercise, professional practice, professional trial teaching and post practice.
