语言素质是教师职业素质的重要组成部分,它在很大程度上决定着教师教育教学的效率。要重视对师范生语言素质的培养,而语言素质又是在语言实践中锻炼和提高的。师范生语言素质培养的实践环节主要表现在:课堂实践环节、课外活动环节、专业见习环节、专业试讲环节和顶岗实习环节。

Language quality is the important component of teachers＂ vocational quality＇ which decides the efficiency of teachers＂ education and teaching to a great extent. Therefore we should pay more attention to normal school students＂ language quality, which must be improved in language practice. The practice links are the following： classroom practice, extracurricular exercise, professional practice, professional trial teaching and post practice.
