对高职院校开设知识产权课程的探讨

On the Opening of Intellectual Property Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

加强知识产权教育,实施知识产权战略是我国落实科学发展观的必然选择。但在教学实践中,我国知识产权教育在认识上存在一定的不足。通过教学实践和对当前中国知识产权教育状况的考察,得到知识产权教育对高职院校大学生十分必要。

To strengthen intellectual property education and carry out intellectual property strategy is the required choice for China to carry out scientific outlook on development. However, there have some shortcomings in the understanding of China intellectual property education in the teaching practice. This paper has made an investigation in China intellectual property education and concluded that it is imperative to open intellectual property course in higher vocational colleges.
