摘要
阐述了确山水泥厂采用“快速电动调节阀＋核子秤＋富勒泵”的技术，对７００ｔ／ｄ预分解窑生料供料系统进行改造。改造后可以大大缩短喂料时间。
Modification of raw meal feeding system for precalcining kiln in Queshan Cement Plant by combining the technologies of rapid electrical regulating valve with nuclear scale and Fuller pump is discussed in this paper. The feeding time can be remarkably reduced with this technology, and the operation rate, quality and output are improved accordingly.
