摘要
基于Internet的WebGIS是目前地理信息发展的趋势之一,GIS与GPS的结合应用将在应急的WebGIS系统中发挥重要的作用。本文结合以上两种技术的应用,提出了在GIS应急预案中特有的解决方案。借助于GPRS无线网络、Web Service服务及其Epoch IMS WebGIS平台做了具体的程序实现,开发完成了应急系统中常用模块。系统利用网格化管理理论,以GPS/GIS为基础,实现对应急GIS网络设施的巡查和指挥调度,提高巡查业务的工作效率。在高效、准确完成指挥调度应用的基础上,充分挖掘已有数据,为客户提供一个全面的监控、调度、数据分析系统。从而为应急领域的系统决策提供了技术支持。
Internet-based WebGIS is one of the trends in geographic information now. The combination applications of GIS and GPS will play an important role in emergency WebGIS system. This paper gave a unique solution in emergency system combining the two kinds of technology applications. With the help of GPRS wireless networks, Web Service and Epoch IMS WebGIS platform, a specific program with general module of emergency system was realized. Based on grid management and GPS/GIS, the system can inspect and conduct emergent GIS network device, which can improve efficiency. It provided a comprehensive monitoring, scheduling, and data analysis system for client and technical support for decision making in emergency fields.
