摘要
歧义是一种普遍的语言现象,英语中的歧义句更是屡见不鲜。从语音、词汇、句法三大因素入手,结合若干实例对英语歧义句产生的原因进行分析,并从包括给出具体语境、改变词序、换词的角度对如何消除歧义作了较为详细的阐述。
Ambiguity is a universal phenomenon of language. In English, ambiguous sentences are even more commonly seen. Combined with a number of examples, the causes of the existing of ambiguous sentences in English were analyzed from the angle of pronunciation, vocabulary and syntax. Meanwhile, the detail methods of eliminating the ambiguity, which include showing the concrete context, changing the word order and using different words, were fully explored.
