摘要
高校毕业生到基层就业是当前社会的一个热点,保障他们的合法权益不仅要靠国家的相关政策更要靠完善的法制。当前社会中还存在着就业歧视、社会保障体系不健全等问题,不仅影响了基层就业的高校毕业生的合法权益,也不利于社会的和谐与科学发展。针对这些问题,我们在就业的不同阶段,都要完善相应的法律制度,逐步形成保障基层就业高校毕业生权益的长效机制。
The employment of college graduates to the grassroots is a hot issue in society today. To protect their legitimate rights and interests depends on the country's relevant policies and a perfect legal system as well. Nowadays, the questions concerning discrimination against employment and imperfect social security system not only have a bad effect on the legitimate fights and interests of college graduates employed by the grassroots but also are not beneficial to social harmony and its scientific development. To solve these problems, we must improve the correspondent legal system at varied stages of employment, and gradually build up a long term mechanism to protect their rights and interests.
