摘要
2007年底获批"全国资源节约型和环境友好型社会建设综合配套改革实验区"的长株潭城市群在发展循环经济上刚刚起步,本文试对长株潭循环经济发展瓶颈作详细分析,并结合本地优势提出长株潭循环经济可行性发展对策。
Approved as ＂the national comprehensive reform experimental zone of constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly society＂ at the end of 2007, Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city agglomeration is at its initial stage of developing recycling economy. This paper points out the obstacles to current development as well as the advantages and then proposes eorresponding strategies.
