造成6000m^3/h制氧机组主冷微爆的环境因素研究

摘要 本文提供一个应用环境技术解决工程实际问题的例子。某6000 m^3/h制氧车间的主冷凝器出现微爆现象,怀疑甲烷是主要有害物。其后对周围空气经过详细的环境分析,确认乙炔是造成问题的主要原因,并找出了乙炔的来源,从而取消了敷设远方吸气管或加高叹气立管的方案,代之以将制氧机车间附近的废钢处理场及乙炔瓶库搬迁的方案,节省了建设投资和生产操作费用。 This paper presents an example of using environmental technique to solve practical engine-ering problems. Faint explosions occurred in main condenser of an 6000 m_3/h oxygen plant. Me-thane was suspected to be the main harmful substance. However, after detailed environmentalanalyses of the ambient air, acetylene was defined as the major cause of the trouble, and thesources were identified. Instead of laying a new remoete air suction pipeline or erecting ahigher suction stack, an alternative of removing the scrap treatment yard and the acetylenebottle storage house from the vicinity of the oxyen plant is adopted. Both the invesctmentand operation costs have been saved.
