In this paper, analysis the personnel management problems and their causes which had happen in the natural forest protection project implementation units by means of cultural training of workers, remuneration management, employment mechanism, triage staff, and family welfare system in Diaoluoshan Forestry Bureau of Hainan Province, ete, and make some solution to these problems.
