高校研究生心理健康教育体系探索

Exploring the Psychological Health Education System for College Postgraduates

研究生教育不仅是高等教育不可或缺的组成部分,也是提升高校整体水平,培养高端人才,建设高水平学科,支持国家全面发展的重要环节。而研究生的心理健康水平则直接影响和制约了研究生从事科学研究的兴趣和其自主创新能力的发挥。所以,高校必须加强研究生心理健康教育,加大心理健康知识在研究生中的普及力度,提高研究生自身的抗压能力,保证他们顺利完成学习和科研任务。经过多年实践探索,我校构建出了一整套适合研究生的心理健康教育有效体系,该体系在研究生心理健康教育与服务中发挥着积极作用。

Postgraduate education is not only an integral part of higher education, but also an important part to enhance the overall level of colleges, to develop high-end talents, to build a high level of discipline, and to support the national development on all aspects. The interest of postgraduate engaging in scientific researches and their capability of independent innovation are directly affected and restricted by their psychological health. Therefore, colleges need to strengthen postgraduate psychological health education, increase psychological health knowledge in the postgraduate in popularity, and improve their own compression capability to ensure that they can achieve the study and research tasks successfully. After years practice and exploration, our university have built an effective psychological health education system for postgraduate and this system plays an active role in the post-postgraduate psychological health education and services.
