我国旅游资源十分丰富，近年来旅游业更是呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。但是由于各种因素的共同作用，在旅游业发展的同时，旅游消费者权益保护问题也日益突出。文章通过分析旅游消费者权益的涵义、特征。借鉴旅游立法发达国家地区的相关规定，明确旅游消费者权益的主要内容，以期为旅游者权益的保护提供法律依据。

Our country is rich in tourism resources; tourism industry in recent years has been developing even more vigorously. However, due to various factors, the problem of protecting the fights and interests of tourism consumers increasingly stands out while tourism industry is developing. This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of tourism consuming, contents about tourism consuming.
