校企合作一年制“订单培养”模式的实践

Practice of “Order-education” Mode Based on One-year College-enterprise Cooperation

文章对校企合作一年制“订单培养”人才培养模式进行了探讨。提出人才培养的设计方案．满足了用人单位的实际需求，明确了人才培养的岗位目标与技能要求，体现以职业能力本位观念。把职业岗位要求的知识、技能和素质与学生的认识、学习过程有机结合起来，构成相关教学模块，可有效地推动专业教学改革与建设，切实体现高等职业教育培养技能型人才的功能，是强化实践、应用性教学的有益尝试。

This paper discusses the ＂order-education＂ mode based on one-year college-enterprise cooperation and puts forward the design program. The order-education mode definites the post targets and technical requirements as well as embodies the vocational ability-oriented idea. This mode also combines knowledge, skill and quality with the students＇ cognition and learning process, promoting the teaching reform, meeting the requirements of the enterprises and conforming to the function of technical talents of higher vocational education. It is an instructive attempt in enforcing practical teaching.
