摘要 在关注教师教育的职前培养和职后培训两个阶段以后,许多国家开始重视对新教师开展入职教育。我国开展对新教师的培训和教育已经多年但并未形成制度,近年来教师入职教育呈现出以学校为中心的新趋势。这一趋势产生的原因在于中小学校在师资培养中的主体地位凸显、国外校本入职教育的影响,形成的特点主要是以改善教学行为为主要内容、以"师徒结对"为主要形式、以促进教师专业发展为主要目标。今后的发展要全面规划校本入职教育的内容,避免片面化;完善校本入职教育的模式,避免单一化;建立多方参与的入职教育体系,促进校本培训一体化。 Besides pre - duty and on - duty education, more and more countries show great interest on inductive education ot new teachers.The new teacher training has been carried out for years but with no systematical way in ctfina and has tended to be based on school in recently years. Tiffs article analyses that the reason for tiffs new trend is prominently protruding of the role of primary and secondary school in training teachers and the effect of foreign view of school - based inductive education. The feature of the new trend lles in that its main content is improved with teaclung belavior as well as its main form is mentoring pair of "master and apprentice", and that its chief aim is to promote teachers' professional development. It also suggests that we need to make an ,all- arotmd plan of the content of school- centered inductive education, prefect its model, build an inductive education system with diverse participator and promote the integration of school - based training.
