在关注教师教育的职前培养和职后培训两个阶段以后,许多国家开始重视对新教师开展入职教育。我国开展对新教师的培训和教育已经多年但并未形成制度,近年来教师入职教育呈现出以学校为中心的新趋势。这一趋势产生的原因在于中小学校在师资培养中的主体地位凸显、国外校本入职教育的影响,形成的特点主要是以改善教学行为为主要内容、以"师徒结对"为主要形式、以促进教师专业发展为主要目标。今后的发展要全面规划校本入职教育的内容,避免片面化;完善校本入职教育的模式,避免单一化;建立多方参与的入职教育体系,促进校本培训一体化。
