摘要 教师主体地位的建构与解构因情况、面对对象的不同而不同。当教师和课程文本对话时,通过增强教师主体地位的意识、提升教师主体地位的能力、赋予教师主体地位的权力来建构教师的主体;当教师和学生对话时,通过弱化教师主体地位的意识、降低教师主体地位的能力、减消教师主体地位的权力来解构教师的主体地位。 The construction and deconstruction of the teachers' subject status is different from the difference of situation, and the related object. When the teacher makes dialogue with the curriculum text, the construction of the teacher's subject status can be built up through the consciousness of the teacher' s subject status, the ability of the teacher' s subject status can be advanced, the power of the teacher's subject status can be endowed; When the teacher makes dialogue with the student, the teacher's subject status can be deconstructed through weakening the consciousness of the teacher' s subject status, debasing the ability of the teacher' s subject status, reducing and banishing the power of the teacher' s subject status.
