试论新课标下语文教师在教学中的应变与缄默 被引量:1

摘要 应变能力是语文教师的重要素养。面对各种不同的见解,教师要做出具体的判断和引导需要应变能力;对课堂内容进行概括和整合需要应变能力;对富有个性和创造精神的思路和观点的评价和弘扬,同样需要教师的应变能力。没有机智应变能力,就无法促成教学的真正生成。语文教学中教师缄默的运用是学生个性发展的必然要求,是教师教学民主的具体体现,也是语文教学中的艺术形式。因此,应变与缄默是语文教师在教学过程中智慧和修养的呈现。 Adaptability is one of important qualities of Chinese teacher. Facing with various views, the teacher needs adaptability to make the judgment,to guide the students,to summarize and integrate the content of class;the adaptability of teacher is needed to estimate and develop and expand the creative thought and viewpoints of students with their personalities. Without teachers' quick - witted reaction, the real teaching can not be brouglit out. The application of teachers' silence is the necessity for students' individual development, is the practical reflection of the teachers' democratic teaching, and is the artistic form of Chinese teaching. Theerefore, adaptability and silence is the presentation of teachers' wisdom and accomplisholent during their Chinese teaching.
