毕业生社会适应力状况是高职大学生社会适应力最具有说服力的部分。通过调查发现,虽然高职毕业生的社会适应力处于正态分布状态,但在人际交往能力、工作能力及团队精神等方面有待进一步提高。作为教育方的职业院校应从提高学生综合素质、深入研究学生状况、加强实习管理、加大对社会市场研究力度及对毕业生进行跟踪调查几方面来提高高职生的社会适应力。

Tim social adaptability of vocational college graduates is the most persuasive part. Through the survey, it shows that social adaptabihty of lugh vocational college student is in a nomral state, but their interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to work in such areas are expected to be enhanced. As professional education institutions, colleges should improve the overall quality of students, indepth study of the students＇ situation, the practice management and the social and market research for improving their social adaptability by fnllow- up survey on them.
