生物材料低温保存过程中的温度场模拟

Simulation of temperature field in the cryopreservation process of biological materials

摘要 低温保存是生物材料进行长时间保存的一种有效方法,但在0℃^-60℃的温区范围,极容易发生低温损伤,如何减小低温损伤是细胞进行成功的低温保存的关键。文中建立了生物组织在低温保存过程中的数学模型,通过ANSYS分析软件,对样品在降温过程中的温度场进行了计算分析和数值模拟,为冷冻造成细胞损伤的研究提供了理论依据。 Cryopreservation is an effective method for the long time preservation of biological materials,but cryo-injury often occurres in the temperature region of 0℃-60℃,and how to reduce the cryo-injury is important for cells cryopreservation.In this paper,a mathematical model for biological tissue in the preservation was developed,and through the analysis software ANSYS,the calculated analysis and numerical simulation on the distribution of temperature field in cells cooling process were made,which provided a theoretical basis for cells cryo - injury caused by freezing.
