水泥对新型耐酸料耐酸性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以石英砂为主要原料,水泥为结合系统,分别研究了不同水泥含量对新型耐酸料性能的影响。试样自然干燥24 h脱模后,再经110℃烘干24 h,在空气气氛中分别于500℃和800℃热处理3 h。检测各温度热处理后试样的体积密度、线变化率、抗折强度、耐压强度和耐酸性能,结果表明,制备新型耐酸料的最佳水泥含量为W(水泥)=6%。新型耐酸料的抗折强度随着水泥含量的增加而降低,耐压强度随着水泥含量的增加而增加。 The effects of different cemnent addition on the properties of the new type of acid resistant refractory were analyzed respectively by took the silica sand as main raw materials and cement as binding system. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃(2 after demoulding, the specimens were heat treated at 500 ℃ and 800 ℃ for 3 h in air, respectively. The bulk density, permanent linear change, modulus of rupture, cold crushing strength and add resistance was examined. The result showed that the best percent of cement for preparing the new type of acid resistant refractory was W (cement) = 6 %. The modulus of rupture was decreased with the increasing of cement content but eold crushing strength was increased with the increasing of cement content.
