摘要
采用红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱、X射线荧光分析、凝胶渗透色谱以及热重分析等方法对不同品牌的PVC树脂原粉进行检测和对比,分析了树脂热稳定性的主要影响因素,以便指导生产,提高PVC树脂的质量。
Structure of various kinds of PVC resin powder was analyzed and compared by infrared absorption spectrum, ultraviolet absorption spectrum, X-ray fluorescence(XFR), gel-permeation chromatograph(GPC) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Main factors of influencing the heat stability of PVC resin were studied, in order to direct production and improve quality of PVC resin.
