谷氨酸诱导细胞凋亡的机制及对内毛细胞突触复合体的损伤

摘要 谷氨酸在中枢神经组织和内耳神经组织都是重要的兴奋性递质,其过量的释放可致兴奋毒性损伤。凋亡是谷氨酸致组织损伤的途径之一。其引起凋亡的机制包括线粒体途径和非线粒体途径。在内耳组织,过量的谷氨酸造成的兴奋毒性也可引起内毛细胞突触复合体的损伤,其具体的信号途径还需要进一步的探讨。
