结合该工程，介绍了海底世界工程特点、对室内空气温湿度的要求、暖通空调和防排烟系统设计以及直流式空调系统中热管换热器的应用。在目前国内尚无地下水下建筑防火规范的情况下，该工程设计除遵循了《高层民用建筑设计防火设计规范》外，还参照执行了《人民防空工程设计防火规范》。

Describes the construction features and the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity in the project built underwater, summarizes design of the HVAC system and smoke control system, and presents application of heat pipe heat exchangers in the direct air conditioning system. The design followed the stipulations in the related regulations on fire safety in highrise buildings and underground spaces because no special regulation for this kind project is currently available.
