改良猪尾导管法在室间隔缺损介入治疗的临床应用

目的探讨应用改良猪尾导管法室间隔缺损(VSD)介入治疗的可行性。方法对21例室间隔缺损患者应用改良猪尾导管法进行介入治疗并回顾分析其疗效。结果20例膜部和/或膜周部室间隔缺损介入封堵治疗成功,成功率95%。结论改良猪尾导管法在行室间隔缺损介入治疗成功率高,安全可靠,同时减少患者的治疗费用。

Objective To explore the feasibility of modified pigtail tube＇s application in treatment for VSD patients. Methods Modified pigtail tubes were used in interventional treatment for 21VSD patients, which effects were analysed. Results 20 patients Perimembranous VSD were successfully treated, which achievement ratio is 95 percent. Conclusion Modified pigtail tube have successfully used in interventional treatment for VSD patients, which can reduce patients＇ treatment costs.
