2007年我院门急诊处方调查分析

Review of the Prescriptions in the Outpatient and Emergency Departments of Our Hospital in 2007

目的:了解门急诊处方书写质量,调查处方合理用药情况。方法:抽取2007年度共计12 390张门急诊处方,采用回顾性调查方法进行统计分析。结果:用药品种以单一用药和二联用药为主,抗菌药物使用以单一用药为主,注射剂使用主要为静脉给药方式;存在书写不规范处方525张,占抽查总处方的4.24%,不合理用药处方552张,占抽查总处方的4.46%。结论:处方书写质量与用药情况总体较好,但仍存在少数问题处方,医务人员应进一步加强责任心,加强学习,药师应充分发挥审核处方的职责,提高处方质量及合理用药水平。

OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the writing quality of prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital and to investigate the rationality of drug use. METHODS： In this retrospective study, A total of 12 390 prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments in 2007 were randomly sampled for statistical analysis. RESULTS： Most of the drugs were used singly or in combination of 2 kinds; most of the antibiotics were used singly; most of the injections were administered intravenously. 525 （4.24%） prescriptions were nonstandard in writing and 552 （4.46%） were irrational in drug use. CONCLUSION ： The prescription writing and drug use in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital were rational basically, yet some problems still existed in a few of them. Therefore, it is urgent for medical staff to strengthen their responsibility and learning and for pharmacists to bring into full play of their ability in checking prescriptions to improve prescription quality and rational drug use level.
