阿莫西林导致过敏性休克国内文献分析

Analysis of Amoxicillin Resulted in the Causes of Anaphylactic Shock

目的:探讨阿莫西林致过敏性休克的特点及相关因素,为安全用药提供参考。方法:利用国内三大数据库对发表文献进行全面检索,检索到阿莫西林致过敏性休克文献36篇,涉及患者51例。对51例患者用药情况进行分类统计和分析总结。结果:51例患者中男性18例、女性33例,治愈47例,死亡4例。有青霉素过敏史者12例,既往无药物过敏史24例,既往药物过敏史不详15例。结论:生产企业应改进生产工艺,提高药品质量,临床应高度重视阿莫西林引起的过敏性休克等严重不良反应。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the amoxicillin induced anaphylactic shock characteristics and related factors, and provide reference for clincal safe drug use. METHODS：The literature was retrieved from the three major databases of domestic, Fifty - one cases with amoxicillin - induced anapbylaetie shock of 36 papers were collected and analyzed. RESULTS： 51 cases of patients, 18 cases of male,female 33 cases,47 cases cured,4 cases of death. Of the cases, 12 had allergic history,24 had no allergic history. CONCLUSION： The production enterprises should improve the production process, improve the quality of medicines, clinical amoxicillin should attach great importance to anaphylactic shock caused by serious adverse reactions.
