282种中成药日均价格的分层调查与分析

Stratified Analysis on Daily Average Prices of 282 kinds of Chinese Patent Medicines

目的：对我院282种中成药日均价格进行统计分析，为医院从经济角度管理药品，为临床医师合理、经济地选择药品提供参考依据，使患者的利益最大化。方法：采用医院计算机网络系统的数据信息，计算出282种中成药的日均价格，进行分层比较分析。结果：日均价格在5元以下的品种占44.24％，日均价格在5-10元的品种占37.05％，日均价格在10-20元的品种占12.59％，日均价格在20-30元的品种占3.24％，日均价格在40-50元、50-60元、60-70元范围的品种各1种，日均价格在150元以上的品种有1种。结论：中成药日均价格在10元以下的品种占81.29％，日均价格最高的中成药在150元以上。为肿瘤治疗药物，其次为骨伤科药物；日均价格最低的中成药只有0.43元，为妇科用药。中成药日均价格的高低与所治疗的疾病的种类直接相关，同时药物剂型也是影响日均价格的重要因素之一。

OBJECTIVE： To conduct a statistical analysis on the daily average prices of 282 kinds of Chinese patent medicines in our hospital to achieve economic hospital drug management for clinicians＇ reference in rational and economical choice of drugs so as to maximize patient＇s benefits. METHODS： The related data in computer network system were used to calculate the daily average prices of 282 kinds of Chinese patent stratification analysis comparatively. RESULTS： The percentages medicines in our hospital, which were then subjected to a of the drugs at a daily average price of below 5yuan,5-10 yuan, 10-20 yuan, 20 - 30 yuan accounted for 44.24 %, 37.05 %, 12.59 %, and 3.24 %, respectively. The daily average prices of 40 - 50 yuan, 50 - 60 yuan, 60 - 70 yuan, and above 150 yuan were found in 1,1,1, and 1 kind, respectively. CONCLUSION： The Chinese patent medicines at an average price lower than 10 yuan accounted for 81.29%. The daily average price of the Chinese patent medicines for cancer treatment was the highest at above 150 yuan, followed by orthopedic Chinse patent medicine; and that for gynecological treatment was the lowest at 0.43 yuan. The levels of the daily average price of Chinese patent medicines is directly associated with the type of disease, in addition, the dosage forms of Chinese patent medicines is also one of the important factors influencing the daily average price.
