新形势下高校科研经费管理存在问题及对策研究

On the Problems and Countermeasures in Univer- sity Research Funding Management under the New Situation

随着科研项目逐年增加，高校科研经费已成为学校重要的资金来源，科研经费管理成为高校有关部门的当务之急。本文根据目前科研经费管理存在的管理部门职责不明、经费管理制度不够健全、制度执行不严和经费监管不力等问题，提出了加强部门间的协作和沟通、完善经费管理制度和加强经费监管等对策。

As the research projects increased year by year, university research funding has become an important source of schools＇ funds, and the management of scientific research funds is becoming the priority task of university departments. Based on the present state of orderless fund management responsibilities, inadequate funds management systems, the lax supervision of funding system＇ s implementation and other issues, we propose that we should strengthen intersectoral collaboration and communication, improve the financial management system and strengthen financial supervision measures.
