摘要
诺贝尔自然科学奖在科学界影响巨大。作者以诺贝尔生理学或医学奖为例,着重对获奖者取得获奖成就的年龄进行分析,并评价了科学创造的"最佳年龄区"和"第二创造区",提出了有关年轻科学家培养工作的几点启示。
Nobel Natural Science Prize has great impact in scientific community. The author takes Nobel Physiology or Medicine Prize for example, emphatically makes the analysis of the age for procuring the achievements of winning Nobel Prize by Nobel Laureates, evaluates the ＂best age section＂ and the ＂second creation section＂, and presents several pointers for the work of training young scientists.
