城市化与工业化是密切相关的,工业化推动了城市化的发展。2005年黑龙江省委提出建设哈大齐工业走廊的战略决策,在实施这一战略的过程中,极大地推进了哈尔滨的城市化进程。

Urbanization and industrialization are closely related and industrialization has propelled the development of urbanization. In 2005, Heilongjiang Provincial Committee proposed a strategic decision of building Ha-Da-Qi Industrial Corridor. It has greatly propelled the process of urbanization in Harbin during the implementation of this strategy.
