根据数值分析方法，详细讨论了影响受拉筋外露钢筋混凝土梁性能的因素，对梁的受压架立筋能大幅度提高破损梁承载力的现象给予了清晰地解释。

According to the numerical analytical method suggested by the first author, a discussion is carried out about the influence of various parametrs (concrete cube strength,length of exposed main reinforcement, depth of removal of concrete, etc) on the ultimate load bearing capacity of beams with exposed main reinforcement. The analysis also explained the puzzling experimental observations that the ultimate loads of beams with exposed reinforcement can increase significantly if nominal top steel is used.
