Establishing the Concept of Ecological Civilization and Constructing New Socialist Countryside

当前,农民日常生活废弃物污染日益严重,农业生产造成的环境污染日益突出,乡镇企业对农村环境造成严重污染,生态破坏严重。要从根本上解决生态环境问题,推进社会主义新农村建设,关键在于"生态文明观念在农村牢固树立"。树立生态文明观念,是解决农村环境问题的需要;是推动科学发展、促进农村和谐的必然要求。改变重城市、轻农村的观念,从制度层面上向农村倾斜,加强对农村领导干部的环保培训,树立注重生态效益的发展观、政绩观,广泛开展环保科普宣传,提升全社会对保护和改善农村环境重要性的认识,最终形成全社会关心和支持农村环保工作的良好氛围。

Now living waste pollution becomes more serious in countryside, environmental pollution is more evident caused by agricultural production, and township enterprises is seriously polluting rural area and damaging rural ecological environment. The solutions are to establish the concept of ecological civilization in rural area to solve eco-envirenmental problems essentially and promote socialist new rural construction. The concept of ecological civilization is the need to solve rural environmental problem and the demand to promote development in science and harmony in countryside. Furthermore, we should change the idea of valuing cities but ignoring countryside, support na＇al development in policy, develop rural leaders＇ awareness of environmental protection, build concept of valuing ecological benefits, increase recognition of the whole society to improving rural environment by widespread propaganda, and finally develop better environment of concerning and supporting rural environmental protection for the whole society.
