摘要
《2000年小康型城乡科技产业工程》把居住环境建设列为一个重要课题进行研究是非常重要的，是提高居民生活质量、改善居住环境、实现小康住宅最终目标的重大举措，然而，目前"小康型"居住环境质量并没有可以遵循的标准，因此，有必要对影响居住环境质量的因素进行分析和探讨，为"小康型"居住区质量验收、设计、施工和管理等方面提供参考。
It is very significant that the project'The year 2000 Scientific and Technological Industrial Project for the afforadable Housing in Urban and Rural Area/ takes the residential environment construrcion as an important research program. This project is an effective measure in order to increase the living quality of the residents, improve the residential environment tand realize the ultimate goal of the affordable horsing. However, the environmental quality for affordable residential quarters does not have standard to comply with at present. As to this point, it is necessary to analyze and inquire into the elements of influence on the residential environmental quality, to rprovide reference for the quality check and acceptance, building design, construction and managing in the affordable residential zones.
