分析研究我国城镇住宅需求现状及国外住宅需求结构发展趋势，阐述建设我国城镇住宅五种类型的设想，预测我国城镇住宅需求及其结构的发展趋势，提出我国城镇住宅建设发展方向的有益建议，为我国住宅产品质量评价认证方法和体系的研究提供了可靠的依据。

This paper analyzes the actualities of urban housing demand in China and the trend of overseas housing demand structures. The tentative ideas to develop five styles of Chinese urban housing are introduced. Then, this paper forecasts the growing trend of Chinese urban housing demand and its structures so that some significant suggestions on developing direction of Chinese urban housing construction are provided which supplies a reliable basis to study on the method and system of Chinese housing products quality certification.
