摘要
对道岔备用料管理存在的问题进行了分析,从合理调整仓库设置、优化储备结构、加强计划定额管理、增强成本观念、提升服务水平等方面探讨了优化道岔备用料管理的基本策略。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in management of standby material of turnout,and probes into the basic strategies of optimizing the management of standby material of turnout from adjusting rationally the warehouse setting,optimizing the reserve structure,strengthening the planning quota management,strengthening the cost concept and improving the service level.
