摘要
我国农民人身权利的享有,存在明显的"差序格局"对待。基于权利的基本权能分析理论,可准确把握农民人身权利防御权能和救济权能的严重缺失,并可有针对性地提出消除这种"差序格局"对待的法治对策。
The farmers are treated with ＂inequality order＂ in their enjoying the human rights in our country. Basing on the analyzing theory of basic capacity, we can accurately grasp the deletion of farmers＇personal rights and the legal relief. Thereon, we can suggest the counter legal measures of removing this ＂inequality order＂.
