刑罚执行监督是检察机关在刑事诉讼过程中进行法律监督的最后环节,它对刑事裁判能否得到完整、规范的执行起到终结性的保障作用。刑罚执行监督问题越来越受到大家的关注,但由于法律规定得不完善,严重影响了刑罚执行监督的效果,死刑、自由刑、监外罪犯执行、财产刑和资格刑的执行监督都存在诸多问题,亟待通过完善立法和规范操作予以解决。

The supervision of penal execution in criminal lawsuit process is the last link of the legal supervision by the procuratorial organs,and it ensures the judgements and orders to be exeuted in a snmmative and normative way. More and more attention has been paid on problems about the supervision of penal execution. As we all know , because the law is not perfect, which has caused serious influence on the effect of the supervision of the penal execution. And there are lots of problems on the execution of the death penalty, liberty punishment ,criminal serves his sentence outside prison, property punishment and qualification . All these problems should be resolved by improving the legislative and regulatory action.
