摘要
通过实验组与对照组几项体质指标的测试与分析,证明了有氧健身运动是中老年群体适宜的运动健身方式之一,太极拳、慢跑、快走等有氧健身项目在坚持锻炼6个月后,能有效提高中老年人的心肺耐力,并能提高其身体平衡能力、柔韧性及关节灵活性。
Through using the method of experiment,this paper studies the test and analysis date of physical fitness of apoptosis on.The result shows that Aerobic exercise can improve the function of respiratory,circulatory system and stamina,it is a good way to keep the health of the middle aged and old people.Experiments show that there is a significant active effect for Shadowboxing,fast-walking and jog to improve the balance function,flexibility and joint agility of the middle aged and old people.
