摘要 本文介绍一种高效复合促凝剂及配套促凝压蒸试验方法,运用该方法可使碾压砼后期强度预测时间缩至25分钟,比水利部规范(SL48-94)要求缩短72%;该方法的室内验证试验所得R快~R90d强度关系式相关系数达0.946,满足使用要求。 In this paper, a kind of high effect compound accelerator and an acclerated autoclave test method have been suggested. By this method the predecting time of rolled concrete late strength can be decreased to 25 minutes, reducing 72% than the standard (SL 48-94) of the ministry of hudraulic engineering. The probing test of this method has been developed in laboratory. The relation coefficient of strength relationship (Rfast ̄R90d) is up to 0.946 , meeting use reqirements. So it will provide a fast, precise and efficient way for quality control strength of rolled concrete with high fly ash content.
