九分巴布剂挥发油β-环糊精包合物的质量研究

Volatile oil inclusion of Jiufen Cataplasm

目的:为提高九分巴布剂(马钱子、麻黄、乳香、没药)中挥发油的稳定性,将挥发油进行环糊精包合,对包合物的质量进行研究。方法:通过薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别、热分析法(DSC-TG)考察九分巴布剂中挥发油在β-环糊精包合前后的含量变化和包合效果。结果:挥发油与环糊精形成稳定的包合物,挥发油在包合前后性质没有发生改变。结论:包合工艺能有效地保存九分巴布剂中挥发油的有效成分,包合物质量较好。

AIM ： To elevate the stability of the volatile oil in Jiufen Cataplasm （ Semen strychni, Herba ephedrae, Oilbanum and Myrrha） with the help of inclusion with β-Cyclodextrin. METHODS ： The quality of the volatile oil in Jiufen Cataplasm before and after stability test was examined by thin layer chromatography and differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. RESULTS： The combination of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin could form stable inclusion compound that helped constant in before and after inclusion. CONCLUSION： The process of enclosure with β-CD can keep the active components of the volatile oil in Jiufen Cataplasm.
