天麻生产的经济分析

Economic Analysis on Production of Gastrodia Elata Bl.

以2008年重庆市南川区社会经济发展状况和天麻市场行情为基础,采用农业项目投资评估方法,开展天麻生产(10000窖,r=10%)的经济分析。结果表明,估算投入38.22万元,投资利润率14.4%、NPV 3.88万元I、RR 22.7%,产量及就地销售价格的盈亏平衡点(动态)分别为0.48 kg/m2、58.5元/kg,销售价格对NPV的影响最敏感。天麻生产具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,但生态效益差,并具有一定的市场风险。

Basing on the social and economic development of Nanchuan County in 2008 and the market situation of G. data, economic analysis on the planting project of G. elata. （ 10000m^2, r = 10% ） was carried out by the method of agricultural project investment evaluation. The results showed that the total project investment estimated was RMB 382200, investmental profit margin was 14.4 %, and NPV was RMB 38800. The break - even point of yield and spot sale price was 0.48kg/m^2 ,58.5 yuan/kg respectively. The effect of spot sale price on NPV was the most sensitive.The economic benefit of G. elata plantaion was remarkable, with some social benefit,but the ecological benefit was poor, with some market risk.
