省域主体功能区区划的理论与方法

Theories and Methods of Provincial Subjective Function Zone Planning

应用经济地理学、区域经济学、环境规划学等多学科的相关理论,初步界定了主体功能区的概念、内涵及其基本特征,将科学发展观和统筹区域发展的基本理念融入其中,归纳出主体功能区划分的指导原则,并根据该原则选取表征主体功能区相关属性的评价指标,构建了省域主体功能区区划的指标体系,提出了省域主体功能区区划的科学理论和实现途径。

The authors tried to use some theories of economic geography, regional economy, environment planning and industrial eoonomiea to define the concept, content and basic features of subjective function zone first, and interfused the idea of scientific development concept and plan regional developing. Then the authors induced the guiding principles for subjective function division and selected some evaluation indicators which related the attributes of subjective function zone to constitute indicators system according the guiding principles, instructed the indicators system and pmpused the scientific theory and practice way for the provincial subjective function zone planning.
