摘要
介绍采用单片机实现电容测量的4种方法,它们均利用单片机的高速强大的计算及可编程功能,实现电容高精度智能化测量。分析各个测量方法的优点和特点,并提出了测量方法的发展方向。
With the infiltration in the every field of the computer in recent years, the microcontroller is widely used. In this paper, the design of four high-precision instrument for capacitor measurement based on the microcontroller is introduced. They carry out high accurate and intelligent capacity measurement by programmable functions of the microcontroller. Their characteristics and advantages are analyzed and the development direction of measurement methods is put forward.
