结构性金融和信用评级

摘要结构性金融是一种及其复杂的金融中介活动,其交易结构涉及各类市场参与者。在众多的参与者中,信用评级机构至关重要。结构性金融事实上已成为一个评级化的市场。次贷危机的爆发彰显了结构性金融信用评级的困境:利益冲突的加剧;评级方法、模型尚成熟;评级结果存在重大差异。
