摘要
太钢新建150万t不锈钢炼钢厂采用HERZOG和Thermo Scientific公司全自动样品接收、制备、分析系统,用于冶炼不锈钢生产过程分析检验,提高了分析精度、速度。实时数据传输管理,对于保证产品质量,降低消耗,提升生产效率具有明显的作用。
TISCO s 150 million tons stainless steel plant new-built uses HERZOG and Thermo Scientific automated sample receiving,preparing and analyzing system to execute stainless steel making production process analyzing and inspecting. This system improved analyzing accuracy and speed. The real time data transmission management has an obvious effect on product quality,consumption reduction and productivity increasing.
