摘要
转换梁与上、下层的墙、柱、梁一起组成巨型框剪结构体系;转换梁做成三跨连续的部分预应力混凝土大梁,预应力筋采用直线有粘结和曲线无粘结两种形式。实现了高层建筑3×15.6m跨的柱网改变,取得了改善结构受力性能、减少挠度、节约钢材、提高抗裂性、满足正常使用的良好效果。 该工程为今后高层建筑大跨度柱网改变提供了借鉴。
The frame-shear wall structure system of Jiangsu Cenference Center high-rise building is composed of prestressed concrete girder in the transfer floor and concrete shear walls, columns, beams in upper and lower stories. Partially prestressed concrete technique was applied to the 3-span continuous huge transfer girder. Straight prestressed bonded tendons and curved unbonded tendons were adopted in this girder. The transformation of small column spacings to 3×15.6 m column system in this tall building has been realized with its load carrying performance improved, deflection reduced, amount of steel saved, crack resistance increased and the serviceability satisfied. The project provides a beneficial example for span transformation of column system for tall buildings.
